Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

How To Return An Item

Item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

1. Please email david@columbiaflag.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged, however, Columbia Flag & Sign will not cover the cost of return shipping to our store nor the cost of shipping out the new item. 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay by check, please call us at (803) 748-8524 between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, to place your order.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 5 business days; if an item is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible.Orders shipped to business addresses will ship via UPS Ground; orders shipped to residential addresses will ship via USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your order total and location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship your order in its entirety when all items are in stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item is on backorder and provide you with an approximate shipping date.
